The Human Rights Center is partnering with Save the Children, Plan International, and local organizations in Jordan and Uganda on a long-term research initiative to strengthen efforts to prevent child marriage in humanitarian contexts.

HEARD addresses “know-do” gaps, or delays, in the discovery of effective interventions and their wide-scale application. HEARD emphasizes local ownership and partnerships in order to scale up equitable and sustainable efforts.
