Our work mobilizes technical experts within the Global and Region Anchor Partner Network of the USAID HEARD project to conduct country-based knowledge-gathering, research, evaluation and implementation science. Our work also  leverages the implementation science partnerships of the Implementation Science Collaborative which brings the implementation and technical capacity of more than 33 strategic global partners. Driven by technical experts, and together with country and implementing partners, we study the implementation of global health programs and policies. Our specialty is to generate, analyze, and synthesize use evidence through collaborative, country-driven approaches. This is crucial for improving health and development in low and middle-income countries.
